General terms and conditions

  1. In these online shopping terms and conditions and the “One Touch Delivery” special terms and conditions for online shopping (as defined below) (collectively referred to as “these terms and conditions”), “Heartbeat Music” or “us” refers to the “One Touch Delivery” online shopping business under Dongguan Heartbeat Music Network Sales Co., Ltd., while “customer” or “you” refers to any individual, organization or company who orders goods or services from us. Please carefully read these terms and conditions before using this website or our application (collectively referred to as the “online store”). By using the online store or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and accept and agree to be bound by them.
  2. We will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of the products listed on the online store are updated. We reserve the right to change the price of the product without prior notice. We can fully decide whether to accept all orders based on inventory supply.
  3. We display all photos and images related to the product on our online store for reference only to help you identify the product. The actual size, dimensions, and color of the product may vary.
  4. We will make every effort to ensure inventory supply for the products listed on the online store. If any product is out of stock and cannot be provided to customers, we have the right to offer a substitute product of the same type and price.
  5. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products. If we fail to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to refuse to accept the order.

User registration and registration

  1. You do not need to register as a member of the online shopping mall to enjoy shopping services. At checkout, the purchasing account you use will automatically become a member of the online shopping mall. When you place an order and settle, it means that you promise to provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete logistics information about yourself as required; We have absolute discretion to reject any malicious registration of new users and terminate any malicious registered users without providing any reason.
  2. You agree to authorize us to provide you with personal information related to your account in the logistics information.
  3. If there are any changes to the information you have registered, you can log in to your account center or immediately notify the “One Touch” service support email for updates to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.
  4. If your account has not been used for a specific period of time (currently 3 years), in order to protect you and us, we will consider that you no longer use the account and render it invalid. All points and/or electronic coupons in your account will also be cancelled (if applicable). If you wish to shop online again, you need to apply for a new account.

Protecting Privacy

To protect the privacy rights of your personal information, we use privacy shipping both online and offline. We ensure that our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access of personal information comply with the provisions of the Mobile Personal User Information (Privacy) Regulations for Mini Programs. payment method

  1. The online store accepts payment through the credit card, debit card, or other designated electronic payment methods we specify. The value of all goods is calculated in international mainstream currencies such as RMB/USD/GBP/EUR/HKD/JPY, depending on the currency in circulation in the place of purchase. If there is no international currency in circulation, settlement will be made in USD&EUR. The prices of products in our online store may differ from those in our physical store. The prices displayed in the online store or physical store on the day of ordering shall prevail.
  2. All products ordered online must be fully determined by us and accepted based on inventory supply. You will receive the final shopping record when receiving the goods.
  3. To provide secure and reliable online shopping services, transactions in online stores use Transport Layer Security (TLS), a secure layer encryption technology. All personal data, including your credit card number, name, address, etc., will be encrypted before being transmitted through the Internet to prevent your data from being read by unauthorized third parties when transmitted online. If you want to check the information of the security certificate, you can carefully check it on the order page during checkout.

  1. The basis of supply: The published price on the online mall is the price at which we sell and ship products to end consumers. We will not sell our products for resale purposes. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your purchase of our products is not for personal use, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order. If you have wholesale agency needs, you can contact the online store service support email.
  2. Force Majeure: If we are unable to accurately provide the products or services you need due to force majeure reasons (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any circumstances beyond our control), we will not be held responsible to the user or any third party.
  3. Without our written consent, you may not assign, transfer or otherwise transfer any rights and responsibilities under these terms and conditions to any other person.
  4. If any provision of these terms and conditions is interpreted as illegal or invalid, such provision shall be deleted and shall not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions.
  5. These terms and conditions contain all agreements between the parties and supersede all previous discussions, statements, consensuses, and agreements.
  6. We have the right to notify you in advance at any time to modify, change or supplement any terms or conditions under these terms and conditions.
  7. In case of any dispute, we reserve the final decision-making power. The Chinese translation of these terms and conditions is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the original Chinese text shall prevail.
  8. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and both the customer and ‘one touch delivery’ shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts. We may make corrections and modifications to these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.

Special Terms and Conditions for the “One Touch Delivery” Online Shopping Mall (“Special Terms”)
These special terms are supplementary to the above online shopping terms and conditions and apply to your orders in the online store. If there is any ambiguity, the special terms of the “one touch delivery” online mall shall prevail.

Instant payment terms

We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, WeChat payment (Hong Kong) WeChat Pay HK, American Express credit card, UnionPay card, Alipay Hong Kong or Alipay
The maximum total purchase amount per transaction is:
• Visa/MasterCard: $5000 USD
• Apple Pay/Google Pay: $5000 USD
• PayMe:$5000 USD
• WeChat Pay (Hong Kong) WeChat Pay HK:5000 US dollars
• American Express credit card: $5000 USD
• UnionPay card: $5000 USD
• Alipay HK: The maximum payment amount of Alipay HK depends on the customer’s Alipay application verification level.
• Alipay: The maximum payment amount of Alipay depends on the use of cross-border transactions by customers.。
Note 1: When entering a credit card number, there is no need to enter spaces or dashes.

  1. Online shopping using designated credit card purchase protection services (such as Visa verification services and MasterCard Secure Code services) allows you to shop online with peace of mind and security when using Visa and MasterCard cards. This service uses a specific personal password or security code to ensure that you are the only person authorized to use the card. You should use a valid credit card under your own name for online shopping.
  2. Electronic coupons and electronic discount coupons: We only accept designated electronic coupons or electronic discount coupons, and use them for exchanging products or discounts on the online store in accordance with relevant terms and conditions.
  3. If there are additional delivery fees, they will be confirmed with you separately before you make the payment.

Online Shopping Mall Ordering Notice

  1. Online shopping malls only accept delivery to designated delivery addresses outside of China.
  2. When you order products from us, you agree to submit a shopping request to us in accordance with these terms and conditions, and authorize us to deliver the goods to the billing address you specify for collection. After receiving your order, we will notify you and confirm receipt of the order. This response does not mean that we have accepted your order. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, or if there are payment issues or any other reasons due to the credit card you are using, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email.
  3. After we accept your order request, we will confirm with you the acceptance of the order and notify you of the delivery/self pickup time and date at the designated physical store.
  4. The complimentary items that came with the product you ordered have been delivered, and we will notify you of the situation. You have the right to accept our suggested alternative gift, choose to cancel the order, or continue purchasing the product.

Domestic delivery service

  1. Online shopping mall offers free shipping for the entire store, but there may be price fluctuations due to differences in logistics prices due to regional differences.
  2. Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses only. If the delivery area of the product is designated as an undelivered area by the online store, please call the One Touch Customer Service to inquire about the delivery service arrangement details.
  3. Delivery service is not applicable to non fixed addresses, border restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses, and locations where delivery cannot be made via stairs but requires access through terraces.
  4. After you submit your order on the online store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the estimated delivery time and date with you. Before the goods arrive, the delivery person will call to notify you. Please check if the purchased goods are complete, and the recipient will write their name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.
  5. In general, customers place orders on the “one touch delivery” online store, confirm the success of the order and accept payment. After confirming the order, the product will be delivered to the designated address within about 2-15 working days. Delivery will be suspended on Sundays and public holidays. It cannot be ruled out that the delivery time may be affected by holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese Lunar New Year, and Easter) or excessive orders. When encountering inclement weather, delivery service time will be delayed.
  6. If you fail to receive the product you purchased due to a breach of the first agreed delivery appointment or providing an inaccurate address, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery appointments.
  7. All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. We do not assume any responsibility for any losses or damages that may be caused by delivery delays.
  8. In case of any dispute, we reserve the final decision-making power.

Cross border delivery service

  1. Online shopping mall for overseas services in China (applicable for choosing to send orders to designated delivery addresses outside of China)
  2. You agree to entrust our outsourced delivery contractor as your agent to collect and transport the ordered goods in your name to a designated delivery address outside of China. Please click here to learn more about our current delivery service scope outside of China.
  3. Before the goods arrive, the delivery person will call to notify you. Please check if the purchased goods are complete, and the recipient will write their name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.
  4. If you fail to pick up the product you purchased due to a breach of the first agreed delivery appointment or providing an inaccurate address, we (or through our delivery supplier) reserve the right to charge you additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery appointments.
  5. All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. We do not assume any responsibility for any losses or damages that may be caused by delivery delays.
  6. In case of any dispute, we reserve the final decision-making power.

Return and exchange service

  1. Online store: If you find that the product is damaged or not in good condition when receiving it, you can contact the customer service department within 14 days without unpacking the product packaging to arrange for a return or exchange of the product.
  2. Otherwise, in general, due to the special nature of the product, we do not accept any requests for exchange or cancellation of the order.
  3. If we agree that you have the right to replace the product, but the requested replacement item is already sold out, we will refund the relevant amount to you.
  4. At our independent discretion and in special circumstances, we will refund the funds involved in online shopping to the relevant payment account you used for payment or other mutually agreed upon method. The refund process takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the goods to be returned to the warehouse.
  5. If you have used electronic coupons, electronic discount coupons, or reward points for easy money during payment, we will make relevant adjustments.
  6. Before accepting the product exchange, please provide us with a shopping voucher or relevant electronic receipt.
  7. The product must be returned along with all the gifts included with the purchase, otherwise we will deduct the value of the gift from the refund.

other

  1. Until the customer has paid the full amount for the purchase of the product, we will retain the property rights of the product, and the related property rights and risks will be transferred to the customer when the product is delivered to the deliveryman or customer.
  2. We have the right to destroy any goods that have not been received by the order confirmation notification date for more than 7 days without further notice. In this case, we will not refund or compensate you; We reserve the right to continue requesting storage fees from you.
  3. We are not responsible for any income loss (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss caused by your transactions with us under any circumstances.
